VX Manager is a software running on Linux (hopefully on any posix mashine)
that lets you communicate with your Yaesu VX-7 and modify the configuration.
The VX-7 is connected via a serial line or a usb-serial converter.
The VX Manager Project consists of a couple of programs:
vx7clone does the communication. It transferes the clone data from or to the VX-7 and reads or saves it to a file.
vx7memload imports and exports memory settings to text files or with defaults.
vx7softmods allows you to do mods with software.
Like VX-7 Commander (from KC8UNJ)
it can change the virtual jumper settings with the same effect as (un)soldering real jumpers.
Site is under construction!
